December 2008
- In this year's retreat (Dec 2-6) we had 21 missionary teens come in from Spain, France, Scotland, and Poland.
- Our special speaker was Bro. Jeff Redlin, pastor of Front Range Baptist Church in Fort Collins, CO. Jeff was known to a number of the teens, as the Bible teacher on some of the A Beka videos. They knew they were in for some powerful, and interesting, preaching! His theme for the retreat was The BIG Picture. Mike, Tony, and Andy also taught during morning sessions.
- The missionary biography this year was on William Borden and was presented by Mike and Madelaine Dodgens.
- Each teen received a copy of SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY by Elizabeth Elliot.
